RENT OPEN SPACE ARTS FOR PRODUCTIONS, CLASSES, EVENTS

Whether it's an intimate production, an interactive class, a dynamic audition, a focused rehearsal, a crucial meeting, or a joyous celebration, OSA offers a versatile space suitable for any occasion.

Rental Rates:

• Weekly Production Rate:
  $600/week for Thursday through Sunday matinee run
• $300/week for off-night runs (Sunday night through Wednesday)
• Rehearsal/Audition Hourly 

Other Rates:

• Classes or Meetings:
  Prices vary from $15 to $25 per hour, depending on the nature of the event.
• One-Time Events:
  Costs range from $125 to $300, depending on the specific event.

Events must conclude by 10:30 pm and are strictly non-smoking. 

OSA can accommodate up to 25 guests and offers limited light and sound tech support.

Please be aware that OSA is located four steps below street level, which may pose accessibility challenges. Additionally, there is no separate lobby space, so plan accordingly for auditions or callbacks.

A deposit will be needed to secure the space, with the balance due on the day of the event, or the end of the event.

PS The pole in the middle of the room is not removable.
